Distribúyanse por partes iguales, o sea a razón de $ 15.000, la cantidad de $ 30.000 votada por la Ley 132 del 1938 para los damnificados de Majagual y Achi, y en igual proporción se distribuirán las apropiaciones anuales que para el cumplimiento de dicha Ley se liquiden en los Presupuestos Nacionales. Decreto 2252 de 1946 · por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 13 de 1931 y 132 de 1938, en cuanto conceden unos auxilios a los damnificados por inundaciones acaecidas en los Municipios de Herveo, del Departamento del Tolima, y de Majagual y Achí, del Departamento de Bolívar.
