Del reintegro al cargo. Al finalizar la comisión, cuando el funcionario comisionado haya renunciado al empleo de libre nombramiento y emoción o cuando su nombramiento se declare insubsistente, este deberá ser reintegrado al empleo de carrera de que es titular. Si el funcionario no atendiera la orden de él integro incurrirá en abandono del caigo conforme a las revisiones del presente Decreto,
