º Definición. El presente Decreto establece el régimen especial para regular las condiciones de ingreso, ejercicio, estabilidad, ascenso y retiro de las personas que desempeñan la profesión decente en los distintos niveles y modalidades que integran el Sistema Educativo Nacional, excepto el nivel superior que se regirá por normas especiales.
