El operador deberá contar con un sistema eficiente de recepción y trámite de quejas y reclamos para la atención de sus suscriptores, que contemple aspectos relacionados con la prestación, utilización y facturación del servicio. Para este efecto, le informará al suscriptor el procedimiento y el lugar de atención.
