Consejeros. A la persona con discapacidad mental relativa inhabilitado se le nombrará un consejero, persona natural, que lo guíe y asista y complemente su capacidad jurídica en los negocios objeto de la inhabilitación. El consejero es único, pero podrá tener suplentes designados por el testador o por el Juez.
