Art. 4.° En los casos de enfermedad, licencia u otra causa accidental, el fundidor afinador podrá nombrar una persona que bajo su responsabilidad lo sustituya, previa aprobación del Secretario de Hacienda i Fomento, en la de Bogotá, i del Presidente del Estado respectivo en las demas, oyendo ántes el informe del Administrador contador, quien podrá admitir o rechazar el sustituto.
