Artículo quince. Las empresas o agencias de turismo establecidas o que se establezcan en el país, para que se autorice su funcionamiento deberán comprobar que tienen una inversión mínima de cien (100) acciones de diez pesos ($10.00), o el equivalente en la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, S.A.
