El incumplimiento de los deberes y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente ley, en el Código de Procedimiento Penal, en el Estatuto Nacional del Abogado y en el Contrato de Prestación de Servicios dará lugar a las investigaciones disciplinarias, administrativas, fiscales y penales que fuere del caso y las que establezca el reglamento.
