Sanciones. El

Parágrafo

del artículo 48 de la Ley 30 de 1992, quedará así: "

Parágrafo

A los representantes legales, los rectores y a los directivos de las instituciones de Educación Superior les podrán ser aplicadas las sanciones previstas en los literales a), b) y c) del presente artículo, las cuales serán impuestas por el Ministro de Educación Nacional, mediante resolución motivada, una vez adelantado y concluido el correspondiente proceso administrativo, con observancia de la plenitud de sus formas propias."
