" ARTICULO 3 8

"La presente Convención podrá ser denunciada mediante instrumento escrito dirigido al Secretario General de la Sociedad de las Naciones. Las denuncias sólo surtirán efecto un año después de la fecha de su recibo en la Secretaría General, y sólo tocante a los respectivos denunciantes.

"El Secretario General pondrá todas las denuncias que reciba en conocimiento de los miembros de la Sociedad de las Naciones que hubieren firmado la presente Convención o a ella se hubieren adherido, y de los demás Estados que la hubieren firmado o se hubieren adherido a ella.
