º. Naturaleza jurídica y desarrollo de su objeto social. Son Fondos Ganaderos las sociedades anónimas constituidas o que llegaren a constituirse, que tengan como objeto principal el fomento y mejoramiento del Sector Agropecuario. El capital de dichas sociedades podrá ser exclusivamente del sector privado, o del sector público o de economía mixta.
