Las estampillas de timbre nacional no podrán adherirse a los márgenes del papel sellado ni sobre el espacio escrito, ni sobre el sello. Cuando no sea posible la adherencia de l-as estampillas en el mismo documento, por falta de espacio, se utilizarán hojas adicionales. La misma regla se aplicará cuando el impuesto de timbre se pague por medio del empleo de máquinas registradoras.
