Art. 206. Los Concejos municipales se instalarán el veinte de julio. Si por cualquiera circunstancia no se pudiere instalar en la debida oportunidad el Concejo municipal de un Distrito, el anterior continuará funcionando hasta que se instale el que deba reemplazarlo.
