Toque de queda . Los alcaldes, de acuerdo con sus facultades legales y acorde con lo recomendado en el Consejo Municipal de Seguridad o en los correspondientes Comités de Orden Público y durante el periodo que se estime conveniente, podrán decretar el toque de queda con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
