Los peritos, tanto los que hayan rendido informe, como los que solo serán interrogados y contrainterrogados en la audiencia del juicio oral y público, tendrán acceso a los elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia física a que se refiere el informe pericial o a los que se hará referencia en el interrogatorio.
