La importación de arroz originario y procedente del Ecuador, clasificado por las subpartidas 1006.10.90.00, 1006.20.00.00, 1006.30.00.00 y 1006.40.00.00 del Arancel de Aduanas, únicamente podrá realizarse por los lugares habilitados que para el efecto señale el Director de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
