Por lo menos en uno de los Hospitales que funcionan en cada una de las capitales de los Departamentos, ya sean aquellos nacionales, departamentales o municipales, habrá un pabellón, destinado únicamente a la hospitalización de tuberculosos incurables.

Parágrafo

En los hospitales con personería jurídica que no sean nacionales, departamentales o municipales, y que deseen establecer el pabellón de que trata este artículo, la Nación sufragara con la mitad del costo de la construcción de tales pabellones.
