La Comisión se reunirá en sesiones ordinarias cada quince días, y extraordinariamente, a juicio de su presidente o de cuatro o más de sus miembros, dentro de los cuales deberán estar representantes del Gobierno y los trabajadores. La Comisión sesionará en la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D. C., pero podrá celebrar reuniones en cualquier lugar del país.
