La demanda deberá reunir los requisitos previstos en los artículos 82 y 83, con exclusión de los que se refieren al demandado o sus representantes. A ella se acompañarán los anexos y pruebas previstos en los numerales 1, 3 y 5 del artículo 84, y los necesarios para acreditar el interés del demandante.
