Para poder construir aeródromos e instalaciones destinadas a la navegación aérea, son necesarios los siguientes requisitos:

Autorización previa del Gobierno para el estudio y localización del aeródromo o instalaciones.

Presentación al Gobierno de los planos y proyectos para su aprobación y revisión.
