El mismo procedimiento previsto en la norma anterior se seguirá en aquellos eventos en los cuales la investigación adelantada durante la fase inicial concluya con la inexistencia de titular del bien pretendido, o determine que resulta imposible su identificación o localización. Lo anterior, siempre que no comparezca alguien que demuestre interés legítimo sobre los mismos.
