Controversia entre los beneficiarios. Cuando se presentare controversia entre los beneficiarios de las prestaciones a que se refiere el Artículo 153 del Decreto 612 de 1977, bien sea al momento del reconocimiento o con posterioridad al mismo, se suspenderá el pago de la cuota parte en litigio hasta tanto se decida judicialmente a qué persona o personas corresponde realmente el valor de dicha cuota.
