º Suboficiales de Servicios. Son Suboficiales de los Servicios, todos aquellos que por poseer títulos o certificados de idoneidad sean escalafonados en la carrera policial para colaborar con los Oficiales en el cumplimiento de funciones administrativas, científicas y técnicas en las especialidades de Armamento, Contabilidad, Enfermería, Transmisiones, Transportes, Remonta, Sanidad, Veterinaria, Administración y demás que determine el Gobierno, si fuere necesario.

Parágrafo

Los títulos o certificados de idoneidad exigidos en el presente artículo para el escalafonamiento de los Suboficiales de los Servicios, deberán referirse a estudios o cursos cuya duración no sea inferior a un (1) año. .
