Queda Facultada La Dirección Del Servicio Para Ascender Al Personal De Suboficiales Del Servicio Territorial De Acuerdo Con Las Condiciones Establecidas Por El Decreto Número 1025 De 1942

º Queda facultada la Dirección del servicio para ascender al personal de Suboficiales del Servicio Territorial de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas por el Decreto número 1025 de 1942.

Parágrafo 1

El Servicio de Intendencia del Ministerio de Guerra dotará al personal antes mencionado de las prendas militares correspondiente a cualquier Suboficial.

Parágrafo 2

Facúltase a la Dirección para organizar cursos de especialización de este servicio.
