Los agentes de la Policía Nacional que en virtud de lo dispuesto tanto en el artículo anterior como en la Ley 86 de 1923 , gocen del sueldo de que allí se trata, no tendrán derecho al pago de ración por cuenta del Tesoro Nacional.
