Art. 2° La Corte Suprema de Justicia conocerá en primera de las causas criminales que, por mal desempeño en el ejercicio de sus funciones, o por delitos comunes que tengan detallada pena en alguna lei civil de la República, se sigan contra los Arzobispos i Obispos.
