El Gobierno, si así lo cree conveniente y lo aceptan los accionistas de la sociedad, podrá, en pago de todo o parte del valor de las acciones que suscribe, traspasar a esta uno de los barcos que actualmente posee la Nación y que sea apto para los fines de la sociedad.
