Sin perjuicio de las sanciones establecidas en et Código Penal, en tratándose de profesiones liberales, el Gobierno podrá suspender hasta por un año la licencia o matrícula del profesional que incurra en alguno de los .hechos contemplados en los artículos 184, 209, 298 y 308 del Código Penal, o que promueva, dirija u organice cualquiera de las actividades referidas en el artículo 2º del presente Decreto.
