Es prohibido hacer maniobras de retroceso en las vías públicas, salvo casos de emergencia y dar vueltas en "U", salvo en los lugares permitidos por las autoridades; asimismo es prohibido el tránsito de vehículos sobre aceras y zonas de seguridad, salvo en el caso de entrada a garajes o sitios de estacionamiento.
