º Modificar el artículo 35 del Decreto 1706 del 1º de agosto de 1989, el cual quedará así: RESPONSABLE DE LA ENTREGA DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES. La entrega de las atribuciones conferidas por los artículos 9º y 10 de la Ley 29 de 1989, se efectuará mediante acta suscrita por el Alcalde del respectivo municipio o Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario, según el caso, Secretario de Educación, Director de Núcleo y funcionarios del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
