Autorízase al Banco de la República, Concesión de Salinas, la caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos e Intendencia Nacional de La Guajira, para suscribir y pagar acciones por la cantidad de un millón quinientos mil pesos ($ 1.500.000.00), en conjunto, con el objeto de integrar una sociedad anónima para el aprovechamiento industrial del dividivi en la Intendencia Nacional de La Guajira o en las zonas donde existan o se establezcan cultivos de dividivi económicamente explotables.
