Son funciones de la Oficina Asesora de Asuntos Especiales:

a)

Absolver las consultas y realizar los estudios que por su especial importancia le sean encomendados por el Superintendente;

b)

Asesorar al personal de otras dependencias para el mejor desempeño de sus funciones, cuando el Superintendente así lo disponga;

c)

Informar al Superintendente acerca del curso de los juicios instaurados ante el Consejo de Estado o los tribunales, contra los actos administrativos proferidos por la Superintendencia;

d)

Redactar, junto con su correspondiente exposición de motivos, los proyectos de ley o de decretos que le sean encomendados;

e)

Las demás que le asigne el Superintendente.
