Para la prestación de los servicios asistenciales a los beneficiarios de que trata el Artículo 162 del Decreto 612 de 1977, regirán las mismas normas consignadas en los Artículos 120 a 131 del presente Decreto con la salvedad de que la contratación de servicios especiales y la expedición de carnés de identificación estarán a cargo del Fondo Asistencial de Pensionados del Ministerio de Defensa.
