º. Conformación de la Junta Liquidadora del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, FNCV en Liquidación. La Junta Liquidadora del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales FNCV en Liquidación, estará conformada así

1.

El Ministro de Transporte o su delegado quien la presidirá.

2.

El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado.

3.

El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado.

4.

Dos representantes del Presidente de la República. Actuará como secretario de la Junta Liquidadora la persona que la misma designe.
