Artículo único. Asignase al señor Pablo Ibarra una pensión vitalicia de treinta pesos mensuales, quo será pagada en los mismos terminos en que se pagan las de los militares de la Independencia.
Parágrafo
Esta lei rejirá desde el dia de su sanción.
