º . Comercialización y transporte . Para comercializar leche cruda o leche cruda enfriada para consumo humano directo, durante los términos previstos en el artículo 3º del presente decreto, se deberán cumplir los requisitos establecidos en el Capítulo III del Decreto 2838 de 2006. Las autoridades sanitarias conforme a sus competencias, deberán ejercer las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control del transporte de leche cruda o leche cruda enfriada.
