Selección del “marcador”. Ecopetrol S. A. o quien haga sus veces, deberá seleccionar el “marcador” más conveniente desde el punto de vista técnico y tomará todas las precauciones manteniendo los controles necesarios para garantizar la seguridad y exclusividad del marcador, e igualmente, podrá variar las características del mismo cuando lo estime necesario.
