° . Junta Directiva . La Junta Directiva de la Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones) estará integrada por los siguientes miembros

Un representante del Ministro del Trabajo.

Un representante del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Tres representantes del Presidente de la República. La Junta Directiva de la Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones), cumplirá las funciones señaladas en las normas legales, en los reglamentos y en Estatutos de la Empresa y la presidirá uno cualquiera de los representantes del Presidente de la República.
