SANCION POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE TERMINOS. Cuando se pretermitan injustificadamente los términos señalados en este Código, el funcionario será sancionado con

a)

AMONESTACION. Cuando se haya incurrido en falta por primera vez.

b)

CENSURA. Cuando se haya incurrido en falta por segunda vez.

c)

MULTAS HASTA POR DIEZ SALARIOS MINIMOS. Cuando se haya incurrido en falta por tercera vez.

d)

SUSPENSION HASTA DE TRES MESES. Cuando se haya incurrido en falta por cuarta vez.

e)

DESTITUCION. Cuando se haya incurrido en falta por quinta vez. Para establecer la sanción se tendrá en cuenta que la reiteración de la falta debe ocurrir en diferentes procesos.
