La Junta Administradora tendrá reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias. Las primeras deberán verificarse por lo menos una vez por semana, y las segundas cuando el Presidente de la Junta, el Director del Instituto, o por lo menos dos de sus miembros Administradores así lo soliciten. En las reuniones extraordinarias no podrán tratarse asuntos distintos da los señalados para la convocatoria. Las sesiones de la Junta se harán constar en un libro de actas. Estas se autorizarán con las firmas de quien presida la respectiva sesión y del Secretario.
