º El que instruya, entrene o equipe a personas en tácticas, técnicas o procedimientos militares para el desarrollo de las actividades delictivas de los grupos anteriormente mencionados, incurrirá en prisión de quince (15) a veinte (20) años y en multa de cincuenta (50) a cien (100) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
