Traspaso de bienes, derechos y obligaciones. Una vez concluido el plazo para la liquidación del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora en Liquidación, los bienes, derechos y obligaciones serán transferidos a la Nación-Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. El Liquidador realizará oportunamente los actos que sean necesarios para el traspaso de esos activos, pasivos, derechos y obligaciones, si a ello hubiere lugar, para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del Decreto-ley 254 de 2000.
