El informe que están obligados a presentar los tesoreros municipales al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Dirección General del Presupuesto, requiere de la refrendación de la Contraloría correspondiente. En caso de detectarse información errada se dará traslado al Ministerio Público, Procuraduría Delegada para Asuntos Presupuestales, Para lo de su competencia.
