Contratación de mínima cuantía. Cuando el valor del contrato por celebrar sea igual o inferior al 10% de la menor cuantía, la entidad podrá contratar tomando como única consideración los precios del mercado, sin que se requiera obtener previamente varias ofertas, haciendo uso del procedimiento que según el Manual de Contratación de la entidad satisfaga de mejor manera sus intereses. Cuando la entidad adquiera bienes en establecimientos que correspondan a la definición de "gran almacén" señalada por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, se presumirá que ha adquirido a precios de mercado.
