Artículo segundo. Si el sindicato de base es minoritario, la representación de los trabajadores corresponde conjuntamente a todos los sindicatos que tengan afiliados en la empresa. Lo mismo ocurre cuando no exista sindicato de base, y ninguno de los otros sindicatos tenga la mayoría prevista por el artículo anterior para representar a los trabajadores.
