° Se destinan para aquellas obras las cinco unidades de la renta de aduanas en el Atlántico afectadas a la garantía de intereses por el contrato de concesión de 1906, las cuales deberán quedar libres al verificarse los actos que se expresan en el Artículo 1.° de esta Ley.
