No podrán ser enajenadas las acciones cuya inscripción en el registro hubiere sido cancelada o impedida por orden de la autoridad competente.
En las ventas forzadas y en las adjudicaciones judiciales de acciones, el registro se hará con base en la orden o comunicación de quien legalmente deba hacerlo.
