La rebaja de pena se extenderá a quienes habiendo delinquido antes del 7 de agosto del año en curso, hayan sido o fueren juzgados con posterioridad a esa fecha, siempre que los delincuentes reúnan las condiciones indicadas en el artículo anterior para obtener la gracia.
