Actas de reuniones. De las reuniones, deliberaciones y decisiones del Comité Interinstitucional del Viche/Biche se dejará constancia en acta que llevará la firma del presidente y el secretario.

Las actas del Comité Interinstitucional del Viche/Biche deberán presentarse en la siguiente sesión ordinaria para su aprobación, así como para identificar los estudios, fundamentos y demás fuentes de información que sirvieron de base para tomar decisiones de acuerdo con su presentación en el marco de la sesión.

Parágrafo

Las actas y los acuerdos se enumerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expiden y estarán bajo la custodia de la Secretaría Técnica del Comité Interinstitucional del Viche/Biche.
