Ahorro . Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el numeral 5 del artículo 51 de la Ley 1523 de 2012, el Fondo Nacional con sujeción a la ley podrá ahorrar recursos que le permitan obtener liquidez inmediata ante la declaratoria de desastres o calamidad pública. La fuente de estos recursos, será prioritariamente, los rendimientos financieros.
